The Status of Women, Reproductive Health, and Family Planning Survey (SWRHFPS) 2003 was a nationally representative survey carried out by the National Institute of Population Studies (NIPS). A total of 64,382 people including 33,127 males and 31,256 females were enumerated in 9,400 households.

The study covered reproductive health, education, fertility, family planning, domestic violence, employment, and child health care.
