Summary 

The National Health Survey in 2000 was a nationally representative survey looking specifically at noncommunicable diseases, intestinal parasites,  reproductive health and the empowerment of women. It included an exam component.  The reports available from the Ministry of Health provide most results by sex, region, rural versus urban, employment status, education, and age groups up to 65.  Age groups are either 5-year or 10-year.  For most conditions it included, survey respondents were also asked about treatments they were using for those conditions.
