Summary

This survey is designed to provide a quick snapshot of the changing social and economic situation for Australian households with particular focus on how they are faring in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Each cycle collects information on different topics. Starting in August 2020, the survey switched to a monthly collection, and introduced a new panel of respondents. The June 2021 cycle was conducted from June 11th-20th 2021 and collected data about emotional and mental wellbeing, COVID-19 vaccination attitudes and experiences, symptom testing behaviours, health precautions, expectations for household income, saving and spending, training and development of skills, participation in selected activities, perceptions of the future after the COVID-19 pandemic, and job status. A total of 3,414 continuing participants responded in the June 2021 cycle.
