Summary 

The National Registry of Femicides report presents data on the occurrences and causes of all homicides of females by males within the country for 2014.

Figures included in the report come from recorded occurrences of femicide that were gathered by the country's provincial courts, superior courts, and National Court of Criminal and Correctional Appeals for each province.

For each province, the number of victims, age of victims, relationship between the victim and the accused perpetrator, the number of adolescent and child victims, and the court status of a related case of femicide are all reported. In 2014, there were 225 total recorded cases of femicide that resulted in the death in the country.
